We are pleased to announce that BentoYa's first 'in house' (*literally!) Vegan Cooking class was extremely enjoyable.  The kind words that our new friend, Vegan Girl in Tokyo left on this blog post is too kind.  To be honest we were a little moved by her words since it's exactly what we want to accomplish.  Thank you Abby!  Thank you also to Sherry (USA) & Spica (Phillipines). It was great cooking with you.
